“I can finally wear dresses again without thinking about my legs!!”

I’ve been hiding my varicose veins for like 6 years. Dark purple twisted veins all over my calves that made me feel SO self-conscious. I only wore pants even in summer. Started using this twice a day and after about 5 weeks the veins looked NOTICEABLY lighter and flatter. Not completely gone but SO much better. I wore a sundress to my niece’s graduation last month and didn’t obsess about my legs once. That’s HUGE for me. Finally feel like myself again!

“The constant aching is FINALLY gone!!”

My calves would THROB by midday... You know that deep ache that makes you want to sit down and never get up?? I work retail so I’m on my feet all day and it was absolutely KILLING me. Compression socks did nothing except make me sweat. Started using Horse Chestnut morning and night and honestly within 3 weeks the aching just... stopped?? I can stand my whole shift now without feeling like my legs are going to give out. TOTAL game changer for me!!

“My ankles actually look NORMAL again”

The swelling was unbearable because by evening my ankles would be twice their normal size and I literally couldn’t get my shoes back on. I’d leave work in slippers because my feet were so swollen. Doctor just said “elevate them” which doesn’t help when you have a JOB. Used this for about a month and the swelling is like 80% GONE. I can wear regular shoes all day now. My husband even noticed without me saying anything. So relieved!!

“I’m FREE from those awful compression socks!!”

I wore compression socks for THREE YEARS because my doctor said they were the only option. They were SO uncomfortable, left red marks, made me sweat like crazy, and the veins never even got better!! I saw this online and thought why not try it before spending thousands on procedures. After 6 weeks I stopped wearing the compression socks to test it and my legs felt AMAZING. No aching, no swelling. Haven’t worn those torture devices in 2 months and I’m NEVER going back!!

Start Wearing Shorts Again

You notice it before you can name it. Socks leaving a ring around your ankles. Shoes that fit fine this morning and don't by evening. Legs that feel like they weigh more than they did at nine o'clock.

It isn't the walking that does it. It's the sitting still.

Your leg veins push blood upward against gravity, and they depend on your calf muscles squeezing to help. Six hours at a desk, or ten behind a counter, and those muscles barely move. Pressure builds in the small vessels, and fluid seeps out into the tissue around them.

That's the heaviness. That's the sock mark. Not a mystery, just plumbing.

Elvia Horse Chestnut: The Step Compression Doesn't Cover

Most people reach for compression first, and it does help. It squeezes the legs from the outside to keep fluid moving.

But you can't wear it to a meeting. You forget it on the days you need it most. And it doesn't change what's happening inside the vessel.

Horse chestnut seed extract works the other way round. Its active compound, aescin, acts on the vessel wall itself — reducing how much fluid leaks out in the first place. Seventeen randomised controlled trials have looked at it, all using extract standardised for aescin content.

That last part is where most products fall down.

Every bottle on the shelf prints an extract ratio: 10:1, or 400mg, or "extra strength." None of those numbers tell you how much aescin you're getting. The research measured aescin. So that's the number we put on the front:

  • 50mg of standardised aescin per capsule
  • Two capsules a day — the dose the trials used
  • Delayed-release, so it doesn't sit heavy on your stomach

Built Around One Ingredient

Most vein supplements stack ten, twelve, fifteen ingredients on the label. It reads like value. It usually means a pinch of each, and not enough of any.

Ours has one:

Horse chestnut seed extract, standardised to 16–20% aescin

What that gets you per capsule:

The studied dose. 300mg of extract delivering 50mg aescin — matching the amount used in the clinical literature, not a fraction of it.

A capsule you'll actually keep taking. Plain horse chestnut dissolves in the stomach, and enough people feel it that they quit in week one. Delayed-release fixes the most common reason this ingredient fails.

Proof, per batch. Aescin content verified by certificate of analysis, and esculin removed and confirmed. Made in a GMP-certified facility.

Nothing else. No filler blend, no proprietary formula hiding the amounts.

FAQ

How long will it take to see results?

Most people notice their legs feel lighter by the end of the day within one to two weeks. Early on it's often uneven — a good evening, then a normal one. Give it a full month before you judge it.

Is this safe to take with other medications?

Check with your doctor or pharmacist first, especially if you take blood thinners. Stop two weeks before any planned surgery. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Will it upset my stomach?

That's the most common reason people quit plain horse chestnut capsules. Ours are delayed-release, so they pass the stomach before opening. Take with food and most people have no trouble.

Can I take it instead of compression socks?

Plenty of people use both. Compression works from the outside; aescin works on the vessel wall from the inside. If your socks are helping, we're not going to tell you to stop.

How is this different from cheaper horse chestnut?

Two things. We print the aescin content on the front — most bottles only give an extract ratio, which doesn't tell you the dose of the compound that does the work. And ours is delayed-release, not a plain capsule.

Are there any side effects?

Some people get mild stomach upset, headache or dizziness. Avoid it if you have a latex allergy — there's a known cross-reactivity with horse chestnut. Stop and see a doctor if anything feels off.

Is it vegan?

Yes. Vegetarian capsule, no animal ingredients, no gelatin. Non-GMO and free from artificial fillers.

When should I see a doctor instead?

If swelling comes on suddenly, affects one leg only, or comes with pain, warmth, redness or breathlessness. Same if you have a known heart or kidney condition. That needs medical attention, not a supplement.
