All Kalilu purchases are one-time purchases — we do not currently enroll customers in a recurring subscription or auto-ship program.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact support@shopkalilu.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or modify orders that have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
